In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll discover the many benefits of Pilates during pregnancy and how it can support you throughout each trimester. We’ll guide you through how to adapt your movement safely as your body changes — what to avoid, what to look out for, and what’s safe to continue. You'll explore safe and effective exercises for each stage of pregnancy, with a special focus on pelvic floor health and how to prevent or manage diastasis recti. We’ll also touch on post-pregnancy recovery tips to help you feel strong and supported after birth.
